I haven't had the time to edit my photo's. So caught up with this final assignment of mine.

After this weekend, I should get a little better.

A lot is going on. Working on getting my grades back up, working on the webshow.

ITS CRAZY! The only person I can thank for keeping me sane, its God.

I got a lot of my plate and a lot to fix after I'm done with this presentation thats coming up this Wednesday.

See you guys real soon I hope? I don't want to give up blogging. I just need to make a whole load of post to release slowly :P

I wanted to update my blog. What happen? While I was updating it, the power went off and I lost my post. Amen.

What's up people? Yes I know I have been away. Collecting content for SPEAK! :)

I scored a beautiful A & B for my 4th Semester (A for Multimedia Web Development & B for Desktop Publishing).

I am taking 4 subjects right now and they all seem pretty easy so far.

Only 2 exam papers for my Mid Terms in May. The 18th to be specific.

I get one week off and I'm gonna go driving around Kuala Lumpur to get my barrings straight. Also, to find out where is this Sky Bar. So I can stalk celebs when they come down :D

If all goes well, my personal blog, the webshow & the webshow blog can generate some income. Yay! I would actually be earning some money! I like that :)

So here is to a good April. My brother is going to the PC fair today to pick up a bigger hard drive (1 terabyte) and Windows 7. Woohoo!

Video editing will be so much FUN! :)

Away for too long. Again

7th January? Last post? *tsk tsk tsk*

I have been lazy. Not busy, but LAZY. I have 2 assignments due right after my Chinese New Year Holiday (which has started today, all the way till next Sunday) then its back to 1 week of lectures and BAM Final exam and 2 weeks holiday.

Finally got a Nissin Di622 flash, works perfectly with my P5100. Pictures are awesome.

What has been going on in my life? Several things actually. Good stuff too!

My brother told my family about this sofa shop near his office that he passes by. One fine Saturday, we went over to the shop. Boy, the sofa's were awesome. Mum saw one, told my dad. Dad sat on it and he LOVED it. Oh, and they are recliners too! ;)

Came back home, played with the arrangement of the hall, got worried if the new sofa was too big. Went over to the other branch in Kota Damansara to see the other colours. Fancied the darker colour. Got the measurement.

On Monday, the 15th, my family and I will be cleaning up the house (since everybody is at home, we could use the extra help :D ) and we'll be marking the floor to determine the size of the new sofa. Woo hoo. The current sofa has been with us since 1993. I'll be taking a photo of it after we clean the house no worries xD

So, new sofa, then we'll paint the outside for good. Brother's 1972 celica is finally getting done up, thanks to Jeffery's friend who is a drifter and has contacts.. wooohooo.

That is all for today and now. I hope to be back soon. OH and update on my External Hard drive, it was the damn cable that had issues. -.-

It's about time

I know I have been away. Was trying to update my blog for a while. Haha, didn't happen. Need to take some photo's of the new members of the electronic family. :D

The laptop that joined us in August? Or something like that. Oh and the PS3. Woohoo and lastly the Rockband kit! Yeah!

So, it is a short semester in college right now. January till March. One week break for Chinese New Year in February and another one after exams in March :)

I helped out with Orientation this year and I guess I'll be helping out again in March. Woohoo!
Met the freshmen, some are kinda cool ;)

I'm finally dressing better to college (I think anyway) Got a few new handbags (Suemitraa? Handbags?? you sure?) Yeap, Charles & Keith to be precised. I blame Isabel for the addiction to it lol!

So, photo's should be up next week. Videos, a little longer. Finally rendering & burning them off once and for all. Oh, my brand new Western Digital Portable hard disc gave way somehow. Give me back my dataaa!!

I celebrated my birthday in college this year.
By that I mean, I had to go to college, had 1 mid term paper,
PR class to attend and ended the night as a happy 19 year old.

I drove to college that day. Kidnapped Jin Swan, Edward, Kaucy & Kathlyn.
Came home to find out my cake wasn't ready and my dad was
tinkering with the sink.

That itself put me through a bit of a headache, as I had planned to cancel
the party due to my lame emo'ness. Made me feel as if
I should have just cancelled it, and I wouldn't have to worry now.

Edward, Jin Swan, Kathlyn, Kaucy & I prepared the water balloons for the
fight later. We had one hell of a great time making it.

Sakinah offered to drop everyone back home. Thanks KEENKY! :D
After sending Jin Swan & Edward home, Keen was hungry.
So we stopped by the KFC near Kaucy & Kathlyn's place.
We were talking till about 3am.

An awesome way, to live my last year as a teenager.

The Saturday night (8/8/09) started like this.
I went downstairs to have dinner with my family as usual.
I come upstairs and check my phones, and I see 3 text messages.
I read it, 2 were the same, 1 was blank.

Congratulations, you have been selected to join jj, ean & the Saturdays
tomorrow evening at The Nail Parlor at KLCC.
Pls be there by 7pm for registration.

I read it over & over again. Then I started screaming. The first person I called
was Juria, then Marina, and I told a whole bunch of other people online.
I was already in tears when I called Juria & Marina.
I was cool when I told my dad and bro.
But when I told my mum, i was screaming and
CRYING. Worst than a baby. LOL!

I knew it wasn't a prank. It just couldn't be. True enough it wasn't.

The Big Day!
So it was Sunday, the day I meet The Saturdays. lol.
I was at KLCC with my mum by 6.45pm.
It was nerve wrecking, knowing that I am actually gonna meet THE SATURDAYS!
My mum kept me calm, and said, "why don't you take this in a positive manner? You deserve it ;) "

So, the girls finally arrived at 7.30pm.
We were asked to stand outside for a while.
QUITE A WHILE. ^.^ (note the sarcasm)
It made me feel like, the organisers thought we were gonna mob the girls.
Err, hello. I'm 19 this year. I'm not stupid enough to do that.

Now, I'd like your opinion on this. Take a look at this screen shot I got from the Hitz Website for the contest :

Now looking at this, doesn't it sound like, its only for 1 winner?
Well, that wasn't the case. There were 3 winners in total.

So what is the point of saying, that the winners will join the Saturdays and get
their nails done with them, when actually, JJ & Ean were hanging out with the
girls and getting their nails done?

I mean, what the hell? It wasn't like JJ was going to paint his nails.
Ean did for the fun of it. =P

What happend?

The Saturdays went in first. JJ & Ean followed suit.
They got their nails done together.
The winners sat in the pedicure area watching The Saturdays get their nails done.
I whipped out my camera's and I went to bug the girls. hehe.
After they did their nails, it was time for interviews with Hitz.tv & 8tv.
That was when we were getting our nails done. WITHOUT THE GIRLS.

It's a simple event. WHY DID IT MUCK UP??

ANDD, the other cool part, the girls didn't know who the winners were!
SO AWESOME RIGHT??

What should have happened (in my point of view)

The Saturdays meet the winners of the competition.
In this case, one winner & a friend. (usually that is the case)
The Saturdays, the winner and the friend get their manicures & pedicures done together.
Photo's and videos taken by Hitz or probably by a friend for the winner.
Photo session after the manicure & pedicure.
Sign some stuff for the winner & the friend.

DONE!

But no, because in Hitz.fm, they are famous for messing up events. =)
Maybe they should hire some MassCom students with organizing an event.
*hint hint*

I wouldn't mind helping. Seriously.
Since 2002, any event organized from Hitz has blown up in their face.
I don't know if they have seen it or not
It is about time someone highlighted their mistake.

When I asked Nick what happen, as in why were the winners asked to sit in a
corner, Nick said something along lines of

The Saturdays Management. We can't do anything.

Nick didn't know what happened. Its an on going blame game.

I drive myself crazy

The day The Sats arrived in KL, last Friday. It drove me insane.
I knew where they were and I couldn't do anything about it.
I was sick as a dog, and I didn't know how to get to KL.

I've been living in Reality since forever.
So doing something in the spur of the moment, isn't something I'd do.
As much as I wanted to just drive to KL like that,
my mum would surely question me :
"Why the hell do you need to go to KL?"

I'm still emotional disturbed till today. The batting cages session didn't help.
I think my elbow pains are back. oh great!

Something is really not right. I've been royally screwed one too many times.
Lets start off with what happened today morning.
I want tickets for Merchant's of Bollywood.
Mum said no, because exams are coming and I haven't studied. Fair.

Afternoon : Flo & I head over to the Fly Studios to finish interviewing
Hunny, & Steve about the webshow and for Flo's assignment.
We had some issues at the Fly Fm studio.

We didn't know we needed clearance to shoot at the studio.
We were told we could not use the video's
we took today and we had to delete them.

What really ticked me off, is that I can't use the videos,
and I've wasted my bloody time.
When I could have used the time studying as my exams are coming.

Most people know when I get mad,
I have this stone cold look (not the wrestler) and
I don't really talk much. even if i do, my voice ends up sounding really firm.

My sincerest apologies to Joanne, Flo, Taufiq, Pradeep & Anisah

for my behaviour today.

I'm really sorry you had to see that today.
I don't get mad often, but when I do, this is what happens.

The "Best" day ever!!

With the inverted comma's you know something is not right.
Today was the day of the re-vamp of Speak.
Today of all days, everything went wrong as always :)

All the times, I told my mum, it's probably a sign that the show shouldn't go on.
Meena had a car accident, some of our original crew members couldn't make it.
Things weren't going the way I planned.
Wait, things NEVER go the way I planned.

The reason I pulled my friends into this project,
is because I thought it would be fun.
Heck, it was something like iCarly to me.
So, I thought what the heck, why not
pull these asses in. Boy was I WRONG.

The lack of interest from the other members, the respect I didn't get.
The annoying factor of going all out for some people and the "best" part?
They don't give a shit about you. How awesome is that?

So, for Speak, it will NOT DIE, I promise you that.
I told you the re-vamp will be coming, oh yes, it will come.
The biggest, the baddest and the most awesome re-vamp ever.

Just remember, this is my FUTURE. NOBODY MESSES with my future.
By the way, I'd just like to thank you for messing up.
Now, the spotlight will be on me. me. ME.

Yeah! 200! whee :P. It is going to be a rant.

how sad. Yes, I know.

I don't really care who reads it,

After starting Speak, I see some true colours of
my friends that I thought I'd never see.
Everybody has a dark side, I certainly know I do.
Thus, my alter ego, the vindictive blogger, Prudence Elektra was born.

So let me talk about what is pissing me off at the moment :

The lack of commitment of some of the members.

I take Speak our webshow very seriously,
as it is going to be part of my portfolio when I start working.

This is my future. Don't play with MY future.

I'm glad the new members I'm recruiting now,
have a little bit more sense.
People are starting to pull their weight.
A brand new Speak is coming to town.

So watch out people, cause we are going to be taking it seriously
*evil laugh*
hahaha.

On a side note, Meena's Surprise party was great!
A nice crowd of 5. 2 more were supposed to make it.

Mid Terms are almost going to be over.
It has only been a month since we got back to college and time just flew by,
and before you know it, its mid terms (we started this semester in April)

What got me frustrated was the fact that,
because I didn't realize time flew by so fast, I didn't study that much.
I do take my finals seriously, but mucking up my mid terms isn't right.

I've got my last paper, which is Sociology coming up tomorrow.
I'm going to do what I can and then I have a 1 week break in June.
Time to take a little breather and get my life into order.

I have 1 assignment I need to finish today.
Its my Computing and IT assignment.
I'll finish it and pass it up today that is for sure.

Sheesh Suemitraa! it was supposed to be passed up on the 12th of May!

my writing and referencing skills subject,
I have so many mini assignments which I never looked at. (My fault)

I really hate semester 2 and I hate myself

But hey, awesome performances, Underdog ;)
I prefer the term, Dark Horse. hehe.
I must say, Kris shined during his last few performances.
Especially with heartless. He blew me away =)

Adam was phenomenal during the entire season.
He was the crowds Favourite.
But after a while, I started getting a bit bored with him ending in the high notes.

But during the finale, he blew me away with that 2nd song.
Adam will not be forgotten that is for sure.

I must say, it is very difficult to pick a favourite this season.
HECK! Every season, there are so many talented singers.

Danny Gokey

Somehow, I was very fond of Danny Gokey.
That raspy, soulful voice that he has, is just amazing.
I haven't heard a voice like that, in a while. =D

Once again, congratulations to Kris Allen!

Yeah, Adam didn't win, but what can you do?

Adam will definitely make it, NO DOUBT.

Time Management

Looks like from April onwards, my life will be packed. Why? Well, my 2nd semester of college will start, and we have 6 subjects. 6 subjects equal to
6 assignments and 6 exams. Ahh!

Apparently David Archuleta is coming to Asia for a Promo Tour.

Hell yeah I wanna meet him. I will be getting my web show started.
This Saturday we start filming our first episode and I am going to buy my other camera as well. It might go on air next Saturday as I need to get some other footage.

I got all my drawing books, including a new one, how to draw Graffiti.
Ahh so cool! My goal? To be able to draw a decent portrait of David Archuleta
and give it to him. I have to start allocating time to learn to draw starting tomorrow. But of course, assignments first. I think I have 3 at the moment.
Plus a presentation to prepare for.

So lets see, new semester, starting the web show, drawing lessons (haha), meeting David Archuleta [not confirmed yet =P]. Wow. So back to the topic,

I need time management.

With short classes, which are 2-3 hours a day, when I come home and have lunch, I should be able to do many things, such as :

spend time with Pepsi
Take her for evening walks
play a little football with her (using my rubber baseball)
play the piano
learn to draw

I have to do this in order to enjoy life the way I want to. I really do want to get things right this time around. Once I have a system up and running, then I can try to add more things to my schedule. TRY :P

Hahaha, in case you are wondering what the title means, I basically took the name of the street I live on and made it into the name of Click 5's first Album, Greetings from Imrie House.

It has been a week since I have updated. Let us see what has happened.
Cynthia's mum, Aunt Shirley, twisted her ankle last week right, during futsal. Apparently, she broke her ankle. I think its her ankle, when I see her, I'll ask her to get the full story.

We are having our speech presentation this week. Its an informative speech and the topic I took was "how has the Gaza War affected the children".
Now, when I saw this topic on the board, I didn't see the affected the children part, so I told my friends, "how has the gaza war affected ... , I said "it has made me support Israel" and I am just kidding. I'm no hard-core fan of war okay? haha

My mum got me a vest! Its not the argyle pattern that I've wanted but just a plain one. What the hell! I got a vest. Hurray!
I'll be wearing it when I present my speech. hehe. Don't worry, there will be pictures.

Incase you are wondering, I'm still tweaking my blog for a new skin.

During Futsal yesterday, many things happened!

Jason and my bro. They both missed the ball, and Jason accidentally kicked my brother's ankle
Sereen fell on Jason, and it cut his lip (if I am not mistaken)
Deegan kicked the ball and it hit Kellyn's face
Cynthia's mum, slipped and fell
Kellyn gave me a Jab.
I kicked Christina's calf. (I kicked a girl, and I liked it hahahaha jk jk :P)

My brother will not join us for a while, as he has his game tourney coming up,
so he cannot afford any injuries. Awww.

More accidents. Just recently I decided to go through a bunch of videos,
Funeral Videos to be exact. Then I stumble upon Aaliyah's funeral video.
It was grand man. Of course, after watching it, I went search for her videos. Damn, music back in the day (1997 till about 2002) was awesome.

Boo Yah! A bunch of girls asked me to join them for Futsal yesterday at
U One, behind Summit shopping complex. My bro joined as well and I must say,
because he has played football in the past he is good. I suck at the moment haha
but still he has skill stealing the ball.

I drove to college all by myself today. Yay! Parked outside. Saving :P.
Roads were smooth.
I hope it stays like this. I also got my student card done.
Hurrah! Now I can use my lanyards.
Hitz Shoutoutz was awesome. I'm catching the repeat this Sunday, 4-5pm.
My camcorder is really getting on my nerves. Should be getting it next week.

Mum is coming home this Sunday. Hurrah! I miss her home cooked food.
That means, I need to learn how to cook more stuff and learn to buy veggies
from the supermarkets and our regular morning market.
AAANNNDDD, make full use of my Jamie Oliver books.
WAIT! Local food first x) then Indian (just so I know :P ) and then Jamie. hehe!

I just did a whole load of Ironing. My clothes. I need to fold up some more clothes, hang out another batch of clothes. I need to sort out my floor again.
ahh messy. Oh crap! Did I tell you that, on Sunday evening, we locked Pepsi
in the house by accident? She ran in as we locked the door.

She pooped on the staircase, and pissed twice in mum's room and once downstairs. So I cleaned it up with Dettol at first. Now, I just remembered,
my bro and I need to clean the house properly, meaning using the vacuum cleaner and the steam function so its really clean. If we can clean the downstairs tmrw, we can even clean the upstairs once mum gets back.

Yes that is right! This Wednesday! Channel 705 on Astro! From 5pm onwards,
I, Suemitraa will be appearing on Hitz.tv's Shoutoutz! Hurrah!

How did this happen? I'm sure you would like to know :P
My friend Mikael, told me that its the last episode of shoutoutz next week
(next week means THIS Week, and he told me this LAST week), and they said they were looking for people to join the show.

I quickly joined the group, changed my profile picture and requested for
Spice Girls Wannabe.
After a while or so, I got a msg from Ken
(one of the guys behind the scenes from Hitz Shoutoutz)
and he told me I've been shortlisted as one of the guest to come on the show.

I replied with my cellphone number and on Friday, Ken told me that someone
will call me latest by Monday. Bear was his name and he called me on Monday.
I'll tell you guys one thing though, I was really anxious, waiting for the call hehe.

I chose David Archuleta A little too not over you. I just got a call saying they don't have the video *how sad*. So I chose, Paramore Decode.
Note, I have not watched Twilight, therefor I'm NOT in love with Edward Cullen.

1st week of College!

I know I've mentioned in the past where I was about to study MassCom.
I'm in KDU people! why?
My brother studied there, so I get a sibling discount =)

1st week was good. My classes are indeed awesome.
Monday till Friday is like 10-12, or till 1 at most.
Tuesday is a bit crazy, class starts at 9.
Which means I have to leave the house earlier,
so I don't get caught in a jam.

The noisy mate from my Introduction to MassCom class.

There are other people, I'm slowly getting to know them. =P

I've been driving to college. Mum is on the co-driver's seat.
I'm not that confident just yet, so she's gonna be by my side
for a while, until I get the hang of driving to college.

It is that time again, where people make New Years Resolutions.
Some are able to follow through, and some people (like me), don't :P
I won't call mine a resolution list.
I'll call it my personal goal list. hmm :P

I start college on the 5th of January. WHERE? NO IDEA!
It's between Taylors and KDU and for the life of me, I'm doing
a course which I actually hated back in the day,
because EVERYBODY was doing it.
That was one of the main reasons I wanted to be different.
As loud as I am, I wanted to be a vet.
Now I'm doing Broadcasting so I can get into radio. LOL

But that dream had a sudden death, due to the fact I cannot study for that course locally.

Now, back to the Personal Goals of 2009!
I created this list in 2008, when I was really bored.

To loose weight. To become flat 60kg. I believe I'm 65kg at the moment. damn
Obtain flat abs WITH the middle line just like the 6pack. *big grin*
Start swimming on a regular basis. Once a week would be nice.
Play Badminton with Family on Saturday. My brother better book the courts :P
Start roller blading. blades [check], skate park [check]. what's missing? Time & Me!
Pick up the Guitar. Oh how I want that Gibson Hummingbird. lol
Play the piano more often. Currently its just collecting dust. damn it.
Help Pepsi loose weight. Fat goggie!
Learn to cook. I can cook a little, time to open my Jamie Oliver Books!
Start drawing. My drawing books are collecting dust as well. Bah

There you have it. On the piece of paper, I actually wrote 30 Personal Goals.
I'll try to accomplish them 10 at a time. I've got 12 months to complete them.

Phones

I needed a hand phone in 2005, due to the fact I had started going to tuition.
I didn't start off with a Nokia 3310, as most people did.
Usually you get your siblings older phones right? I got all my dad's old phones

My brother got his first phone (2002),
which was the Nokia 5510 (just like the 3310, but with a keypad).
My brother only changed his phone 5 years later. (2007)
I stared off with a Samsung. The Samsung N500.

Blue Screen, cute ring tones. Major set back? The keys were hard to press.
I was using this phone for a few months.
From the Samsung, I switched to a Motorola E360.

One of my dad's other old phones.
This phone had 2 problems : the battery and the charger.
So, I went back to using the Samsung N500 :)
I was using the Samsung for a while. In December 2005,
I got the Nokia 1600.

Cute little bugger. RM350. But the amount of repairs were :
1. Flash of Software. RM50 [It crashed on me for the first time]
2. Flash of Software. RM50
[The 1st flash, caused me to see numbers instead of my contacts names.
My bro went to some apiak shop. So guys, just go to Nokia to get it done]
RM100 for software shit. ARGH!

Just recently, I decided to buy an Original housing, screen protector and silicon
casing for this Nokia. I am going to keep it, as it has served me well.
RM30 for the housing, RM18 for the Silicon casing, RM5 for the screen protector.
RM53 for that. In total I've spent on this phone, RM153. *passes out*
I would have bought all the other stuff before, but I couldn't find it
and I didn't realize I needed it.

At this point in time, I couldn't find a phone that I wanted.
That is why I just decided to flash it la. haihz.
I should have done my research but it was 2007 (SPM) blekk!

Looks like I buy all my stuff in December. About 2 weeks ago, I bought my latest phone. The Nokia 7610 Supernova!

This is my first awesome upgrade. It seems to be a good buy. In my family,
and I assume for most people, everybody would like a bang for the buck.
At RM805, it has a nice big screen, it can play MP3's, smooth sliding, and
many more funky features. I'm still reading the guide because apparently,
I have Maps! So I need to do some more reading, as I would love to download
the maps and use it. I want to get my mum a Garmin Navigator,
but if my phone has it, hurrah!

Last week, I discovered Jesse McCartney's song, titled Invincible. It was dedicated to his friend, who died in 2003.

“There’s a very personal track called ‘Invincible.’ It’s a really heavy song about a buddy of mine who died in a drinking and driving accident three years ago. It's a real moving song. It made me think of 2 of my friends who had died.
I wasn't close to them, but the thought of them dying at a young age,
is disheartening.

turned up at the last minute. Poor dude. Really wanted to come.

4.20ish, and got there on time. Prem and Basil were on Air.
What was cool is that, I know a whole lot of people at Fly fm.

Twilight

The craze has begun once more. It started out with Harry Potter,
when everybody was in love with Daniel Radcliffe who grew up in the
Harry Potter Series.
Half Blood Prince is going to be a 2 part movie and
finishes off with Deathly Hollows :)

Now, Twilight has come and it is here to stay for another 3 more movies.

Psst, The 5th book is being written ;)

I watched Harry Potter 1,2 and 3. Then I decided to read the books
(Haven't read the 3rd book and beyond yet).
My Goodness, do you know how much they did NOT put in the movie? Jeez!

So now, Twilight has made it to the big screen. Book worms
would know that Twilight the Book
came out on the 5th of October 2005 (my 15th birthday).

But, there are people who never knew the existence of the book
and jumped on the bandwagon and are suddenly in love with the movie.
Now don't come and bite my ass because I don't own the books.
I don't own them because of the whole Vampire thing going on k? :P

Plus, its not cheap to be a book worm, I have other needs too :P.
And I don't have a job lol.
So let me highlight the 2 people on my friend list on Facebook
who Never Read the books ;)

I'm going to be nice to blur out the names, and yes some of you who
read my blog might know who they are. =) .
Looks like I'm turning into Silver from 90210 =)

With the movie out, yes it does boost the sales.
But for Harry Potter's case, the book had much more to offer than the movie.
As for Trigger The Assassin? I'll give you one good book and one hell of a movie,
that you don't want to miss ;)

My main point of this post? Go read a lot of books, fall in love with the characters,
then wait for the Movie and fall in love with the On Screen bubs
who brought the character to life.
Just a heads up, Skulduggery Pleasant
is set to HIT the Big Screens in 2010.
Looks like it takes about 3 years for books to turn to the big screen eh?

My arm is alright. Pool party was the 3 of us.
Damn, I like giving people the Arctic Blast flash flood,
but I don't want to get hit by the gun, its so COLD.
The stupid water gun from Hong Kong, the trigger died.
Ahh, time to open it up.

Must fix up CPS 2500. Must modify the Spider-Man Gun.
Batting cages session next Wednesday. Purple Cane next Monday.
December feels dull. I must have my sleep-over hahaha :P

I had my hepatitis A & B jab yesterday. My left hand was in a bit of pain,
couldn't do much yesterday. Hung out at Sakinah's house.
Phase 1 of the pool party got pulled back. Its this Wednesday,
since Sakinah is not going to be in town this Saturday.

We are still short of 1 Spice girl ahh~

Very messy! I hope Phase 2 will be better. Pest control is coming tomorrow!

Reason for Re-sit and for not re-sitting xP

Most of you would know that I decided to re-sit my SPM,
because I wanted to do Veterinary Science.
Only problem was, with my current results I could not do it.

Late March I signed up for the re-sit. Much later, I realized, I cannot do Veterinary Science in Malaysia. That is because, I would have had to do Form 6 (Many people say STPM is hard),
we all know I can't study, plus if your STPM results Stink,
looks like you can't do anything you want to do locally.

Good Bye to the life long dream of being a vet.

About a week before my SPM this year, my bro and I were talking about what course to do next.
Perhaps something I'm good at, like talking to people and all. So guess what?
I'm taking Broadcasting. And NO, I will not tell people I'm doing Mass Com,
cuz it sickens me to hear that.
I'm doing broadcasting and then I would like to get into radio.
Hey, I've got my online show which is in the works, so stay tuned for that.

Why I didn't sit for the rest of the papers I signed up for?
I have enough credits to do Broadcasting baby! hahaha.
(If I went for the education fair this year, I would be buff by now)
Yeah, I wasted a year, getting fat and all. But I had fun!
But now, I'm buffing up okay? Swimming on Monday and Friday. 2 hours!
Plus, I really am going to spend more time with Pepsi.

My 18th Birthday

On the 5th of October, I turned 18. Not one of the greatest birthday's due to the fact I am re-sitting my SPM (my bad). I had a cold and it just felt blehh.

No party yet again until after SPM is over.

Also, I need to start work on the Assassin's Creed Hoodies for a whole
lot of people and start writing Trigger The Assassin.
I might turn my book into a graphic novel.
Let me do a whole lot of reading before I decide what I want for Trigger.

Every now and then I look back at the year 2007, when I saw so many people that I thought I knew FLIP. Not realizing, they weren't doing their part either and caused the flip in the first place.

Also, some people on my side, start flipping out, thinking I'm obsessed with it. While, all I am doing is looking back to make sure I am not an ass.
Meaning, looking at where I messed up. I don't want to be in a position where I was really wrong and I was arguing and saying I was right.

Well, I'll let those fags live their life. Heck, I didn't get knocked up now did I? :P

I'm 18, (turning 18, october 5th), I'm still a V (very good plus point),
I'm re-sitting my SPM so I can go to college

It is just my luck that I normally win things on the radio and online. On the radio, is because sometimes I know the DJ's so they cut me some slack and give me stuff (especially if you need to be a certain caller; eg : the 9th caller through). I remember winning the Blue showcase passes in 2002 because I kept calling Ben and Fabes, and they always played the cue to call after I went to bed. hahaha.

I took a break from winning concert tickets and things like that for a while, as tuition was hectic. In July 2007, I won 2 tickets to watch 'High School Musical 2' at Cineleisure Damansara. I don't go to the cinema because of Spiritual Reasons. I gave the tickets to Sakinah (one of my best bud) and Najihah (a big Zac Efron fan). They got to watch the movie a week before it was played on Disney Channel.

This year, I bagged 4 tickets to Camp Rock at GSC in Pavilion. I'm giving the tickets to : Sakinah, Ejat, Najihah (a big Joe Jonas fan lolx) and maybe Aira if she is free. We have to reach Pavilion at 3pm to collect the tickets and goodie bags.

Maybe I might meet Ean after so long lolx. I have him on my Facebook, but haven't met him just yet. haha. In order to go to Pavilion (which will be kinda time consuming), I will be studying from Monday (tomorrow) until Friday and a bit more on Saturday before leaving for KL.

I go there, get the tix, win some stuff, meet ppl, take pictars! hehe and cabut home. I'll be back with pictures of the event on Sunday. Also, I have to start studying on Sunday. 5 hours at least. Remember my maths? yes, its still like shit.

I am going to get this hoodie, as the other on in my previous post, is out of size M.

I just want to make a public statement here. To clear up any assumptions what so ever.

I, Suemitraa, will get a job, and maybe use a little of my savings to buy the clothes, shoes and some gadgets that I want. Major electronics such has a PC, handy cams and handphones will most prolly be bought by my father. With one condition, I do well for my SPM. Therefore, please don't get me wrong as a child that asks her father for Everything. Thank you.

In December 2008, 10 of my close friends (9 them, 1 me :P) will be having an awesome party and photo shoot. By that time, I will be in better shape, and will have a better body. I will most probably, cut my hair like Joey Zehr because I've been waiting to do it for so long, but the bloody stylist never listened to me.

Nice right? If you are gonna say, "you can't because of your curly hair",
I will tell you to shut the crap up, because I have everything I need for my hair, therefore,

I will never have a bad hair day!

I'm going to buy a curling and straightening iron by next month or so.

DC shoes have been catching my eye lately. I was online looking for the shoes that MTV is giving away for their "Ride of your life". A Quadangle BMX will be given away, along with a pair of shoes, a tee shirt and a cap. Before I show you the BMX Shoes, I have to show you this awesome pair of women's shoes I saw lately at the Online DC store.

It has been an okay week, until Friday. We didn't go to church. Bro was tired, mum had a fever and she was dead tired , I was alive LOL On Saturday, mum was still sick. My bro went for the 2nd day for the World Cyber Games. Dad and I opened my CPS 2500. We fixed the trigger, used some shiny screws (the original set went missing when we opened it up the last time)

This post will be updated with picture of my CPS 2500. My dad said he would buy me a new water gun. I told him okay, but I would still like to fix this one up. It has been around for about 10 years? I think. Today, after church, we dropped Aunt Jessica at Uncle Victor's place, had lunch in Subang and came back home. Watched Step Up, Rocky Balboa.

Bought McD's porridge for mum, 9 piece nugget and small fries for me. I told myself I don't want anything from McD as I want to loose the flab and I should eat normal food. I've never been fat and I don't want to get fat. I need to loose the flab, on my abs and my arms. They are getting flabby! And its not FUNNY!

So after dinner, I helped my mum fold all the clothes, swept the hall and wash some dishes in the kitchen. Lately, since the weather has been scorching hot, we need to bring Pepsi inside. Thus, lotsa fur in the hall.

I sincerely hope that my mum doesn't go through all this. I mean, the cooking, cleaning and washing up, its tiring. I do, do my part. Maybe I should help out a little more.

I've started ironing my clothes a long time ago. Right now my brother has to finish his exams. In the mean time, I iron his clothes, so mum just has to do my dad's shirts.

Confirm! My mum has chicken pox. My bro and I have been taking care of her. Thanks for those who were concern, about my mum and Pepsi.. LOL.

Back in 2001, Bionicle became the latest addition into Lego products. The masks and the build of the Bionicle got me interested and excited at the same time. It cost RM36 for 1 canister. There were 6 characters, which would mean 6 canisters would have to be purchased if I would like to complete the collection. Years went by, I told myself,

"RM36 for 1 little toy is way too much".

I never really did my research about it for years until 2 weeks ago. I must say, it was a good thing I did my research before buying the item. This is what I found out on Wikipedia.

The toys are posable, articulated characters and share some pieces with the Lego Technic line. Bionicle sets range from $3 to $90. Most expensive ones are Bionicle play sets such as the Piraka Stronghold. Characters in the toy line are based on a set of classical elements
and Polynesian mythology.

Polynesian mythology? There goes one interest down the drain. I can't own it. Why? Spiritual Reasons. lets leave it at that.

In 2002, Spider-Man the movie became a hit. I only became a fan in 2004 when the sequel was released. I bought posters, 1 water gun (which will be modified after my exams), shirts and a whole lot of stuff. Because Spider-Man has super natural powers (un-human, in that sense), I couldn't keep these items.

Spiritual Reasons yet again. I thank God, at the moment I am able to sell my items, slowly but surely. In 2003, Pirates of the Caribbean became a hit. Only in 2007 onwards, merchandise was released. POTC monopoly, POTC Life, POTC Trading cards, POTC Battle Ship. Obviously, here in Malaysia, these items were NOT brought in. My friend Cooper in New York bought the items for me and sent it to me. I could not keep them. Spiritual Reasons.

I must say, it is tough to let go of something you really like, but if these items are going to cause some unwanted events in your life, I bet you would get rid of them too right? Right now, I am waiting for POTC 4 and Spider-Man 4 to sell of my items. Its when the movie is in town, that is when the items become hot stuff haha.

Enough with items I cannot keep, lets move on to something that has no spiritual ties what so ever (hopefully).

Nice right? Well, if I want the racing wheel, let me pass my exams first, get a job and then buy it. I only accept gifts from my parents when I do something good.. aka pass this 2nd round of SPM.

MTV Asia Awards : Rocked

I know I'm a week late. I was lazy to update my blog, and I was kinda disappointed with the pictures I took. I used the digital zoom and it made things look grainy. Is that even a word? Anyway, as usual, the 2nd of August was not a smooth day. Event days are never smooth for me. Lately anyway =.=

I choose to bring my best friend Sakinah (one of my best friends haha) for the awards. My dad assumed that I was going to bring my cousin. The reason I was afraid of bringing here was because during the Voting Party she had a shot of tequila and her parents don't know. *gasp* So, my mum and I were kinda afraid. If she had won the tickets, she obviously can come, but her goodie bag didn't have the ticket. Oh well.

My dad wanted to leave at 5pm. 5?? Must I remind him that I am not an e-lebrity nor a VIP just yet? We left at 3, went to pick up Sakinah, then my uncle at the train station. These 2 went gambling while we were at the awards. The car ride was smooth, but my dad seemed like he purposely took all the longer routes. Hmm?? As we arrived at Genting, boy was the weather cool. Almost like the weather in Florida during their "winter" hahaha. I am proud to say, I didn't wear my jacket. VJ Taya was there and they were giving out goodie bags. Me, being so tak malu (not so shy) went on stage.

This time around, in the goodie bag was : another water bottle, a new set of button badges, Brands essence of chicken, a EDC and MTV Guitar Shirt, another lanyard and an umbrella. I had to push Sakinah on stage for her to win the goodie bag. Hahaha. My mum was waiting in line while we won the stuff. Believe it or not the show started at 7.00pm sharp! haha. Moving on to Camera Accessories.

This is the telephoto lens. According to Nikon,
it cost RM948. I need to find a cheaper source.

This is the wide-angle lens. It cost RM388.

This is the speed light. I'm not too sure if I'll be needing it yet.
It cost RM588.

I need an adapter ring, which cost about RM98. Never realized all these items would cost that much. I guess I should start winning some money, via Radio contest and start work after SPM.

The telephoto lens is a must, due to the fact, its the only camera I have and I would like to do more with my camera. So, at the moment, my aim the is telephoto lens, but not at that price.

Terrible weekend. *haihz*

1. Terrible stomach ache this morning @ 5.30am
2. Pepsi has a lump on her body
3. Nicky has gone missing.

1. The Stomach Ache
It started at 5.30am. I woke up, having pains and it was wind at first. Then, it started. Ended at 6am. Then I went downstairs to watch TV and check on Pepsi. She was alright. Was barking for a while. Why? There was a cat on my roof. Hahaha. Seriously. I stayed at home because I didn't get enough sleep. Zzzz

2. Pepsi's Lump
This scared me the most. I was rubbing her on Friday night, after coming back from Church. I realized she had a small lump on her body, which Scared me. That night, I cried a little downstairs [All by myself]. Went upstairs and did some research on the lump.

3. Nicky's Disappearance.
Kak Seri who works at Sakinah's house only works on the weekdays. From the 11th of July till the 13th (Friday till Sunday), Sakinah's mum went to Kota Kinabalu. I don't know if there was food for Nicky, but that was when she went missing.

How I wish I could have done something. I wanted to take Nicky back home the day Sakinah was leaving for Johor. But I couldn't because I had Pepsi.
God, please keep her safe.

Sometimes I wish I could have done more, like for my grandma. I wished I was a better grandchild. Too bad, you can't turn back time and change things.

Moving on to something not so heartbreaking.
I've ordered my baseball items and some drawing books from Amazon to a friend on the Low Yat Forums who has a bulk purchase. So far so good. Why?
To ship my baseball bat and other items, would have costed around 70USD. International Shipping. Therefore, all my books [6 of them] and the baseball equipment, will only cost me RM100++ for shipping them from Florida to KL. HEHE. Pretty cool ayye?

That this week's post. Trying to kick of the study and exercise plan. If I don't exercise, I can kiss my flat abs good bye. I don't wanna do that! eeek!

MTV Asia Awards 2008 : Voting Party

On Friday the 18th of July, I called up Hitz.fm because Ean was going to be talking to Vj Utt and Taya from MTV. Nick who was screening the calls, picked up my call and asked me if I wanted tickets for the Voting Party. Obviously I said yes, and I told him, I will be turning 18 in October.

All was good. We arrived at KLCC with time to spare. My cousin, Sash, my mum and I had Hot Dogs from 1901 for dinner. All because it was the 19th of the month, Hot Dogs are priced at RM1.99 and they only drink they had was the great size (large). Dinner for the 3 of us, was RM9.30.

We knew that Zouk further away from The Beach Club and the other 3 clubs around that area. We came up and asked the taxi guy, if we could go to Zouk, and he said you could actually walk there. He also added, if you would like to take a taxi, it would cost you RM10. RM10 for a short distance? Bloody rip-off.

We may look rich, but we were not going to go dancing at Zouk. We are going for an event. So we walked. Kinda tiring, but we survived. The boots I wore aren't meant for walking. They are meant to look pretty. It was tiring walking in them!

These boots aren't make for walking. And that is what they'll do. If you don't shut up now, I'll throw these boots at you.

Finally, I've been to Zouk! Whee!

That was the version of the song I sang on our way back to the LRT station. Back to the event. We got there around 8.40pm, and the event starts at 9pm. So we just sat the bar. Then, Dawn from MTV came and told us that we can go in.
The little problems I have for not being legal. I'm turning 18 this year. LOL.

As we went into the Main Room, I hear Utt and Taya asking the crowd "Who wants to win MTV Asia Award Tickets?". Me, being me, chucked my bag at a table, while my mum and cousin came over and moved it, cause it was a terrible table (LOL), as I went on stage.

Hiatus [Round 2]

As loyal readers of my blog, some of you may have remembered this shit that happened the last time when I posted my first Hiatus on my blog.

This time around, I will not bitch about bitches, because there is nothing else to say. I'd guess the only proper thing to do is to bitch about my own lazy attitude. xD

SPM starts in November. November when, I'm not sure. But, I have a whole lot of Maths and Add maths to cover. I need C's for those subjects. Seriously.

After SPM Round 2, its about time I start working on Trigger The Assassin, help my brother out with Rempit, start working on the topics for my online show 'Speak'. Many idiots in my life and my friends life shall be highlighted, but we are the ones trying to get famous, so we will not mention their name ;)

We definitely want feedback. And as for the idiots who were involved in my drama last year, please feel free to come to the forums, and speak your side. Since you did not leave any comments about what I did in my last Hiatus =)

Back to my pause on my virtual life. I will blog once a week, most probably on a Sunday to round things up on the week. Sunday will be my rest day, since the library is open on Saturday too. Cheese! xD

That would mean, my trip to Orlando, is going to be postponed yet again. Damn it, how I wish I had that 4gb line from Streamyx. Yeah "best part", its about rm400 a month. It better not be shitty connection. LOL. Don't worry, I am not getting it.. unless my bro and I are working :D

This Nike Baseball is softer than a usual baseball. It is meant for training.
I wouldn't mind training with this.
The normal baseball is heavy and has landed on my foot before. Not funny.

I have small hands, therefore I need youth size baseball gloves.

Forever Plaid

On July 2nd, Wednesday, I was invited for the Opening Show for the play called, Forever Plaid. I was supposed to go for David Benson's Haunted Stage but he had some passport issues. I won the tickets from Red 104.9. *yay*

I thought I won't enjoy Forever Plaid because the music was not from my era and I wouldn't know that many songs.

It was the 1950's and Frankie, Smudge, Jinx, and Sparky are four eager young men, on their way to their first big concert.

On the 21st of June 2008, my good friend Sakinah, had an early birthday party. Her actual birth day is 25th June.

The reason she had an early birthday was because she was leaving to Johor on the 28th of June to study : Investment Analysis. ( Pardon me if the name of the course is wrong, which sounds like it, cause she is studying to be an investment analysis)
